This webinar will discuss the role of activity and diet in managing heart failure. Participants will learn about heart failure and the body, the benefits of exercise, the risks and consequences of not exercising and how to get started on an exercise plan. Diet is an important factor in managing heart failure and the webinar will discuss adequate nutrition, dietary restrictions, the impact of salt and water, and how to manage your overall diet effectively.
