Zana Toulany R.Ph

Zana Toulany, R.Ph, is the Director of Patient Experience at Self Care Catalysts, where she manages digital health tools that empower people to become more active participants in their own care.  She has also developed and deployed innovative health and wellness solutions for thousands of Canadians resulting in improved health outcomes across over 2,000 locations while working for Canada's largest pharmacy retailer. By background, Zana is a registered pharmacist and has helped thousands of people achieve healthier and happier lives.  She earned her bachelor degrees in pharmacy and cognitive psychology at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
