Dr. Sheryl L. Chow received her BS in Pharmacy at UConn as an honors research scholar, PharmD at SUNY-Buffalo, and residency at Buffalo General Hospital/SUNY-Buffalo. She is currently Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. and is involved in all aspects of heart failure practice at Centinela Medical Center in Inglewood, CA. She also has a research faculty appointment with the Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology at University of California, Irvine.
